The data is "as found"

We aggregate event information from public sources. Schedules, prices, venues and dates change. Always verify with the venue before going. We are not liable for canceled events, wrong addresses, closed venues, or any decision you make based on what we publish.

Your use

Use the site freely for personal browsing
Embed the public widget at /embed on your own site
Subscribe via the JSON, RSS, and ICS feeds
Don't scrape aggressively (use the API/feeds — they're free and faster)
Don't submit fake or misleading events
Don't use the site to break Thai law or harass other users

Submitted content

By submitting an event via /submit, you confirm you have the right to share that information publicly and grant us a non-exclusive license to display it. We moderate all submissions and may reject or remove anything for any reason.

Trademarks

"Tonight in Pattaya" name and red wordmark belong to us. Venue names, logos, and event titles belong to their respective owners. Use of those references is for editorial / informational purposes only.

Liability

The site is provided "as is" with no warranty. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages from use, downtime, or data inaccuracy.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes get announced on the homepage.
